D MASCOT DM Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Web Design & Development

  • Initial Deposit: The initial 50% deposit is refundable if work has not commenced. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted.

  • Design Phase: Once the first set of mockups/concepts is delivered, only 25% of the total project fee is refundable.

  • Development Phase: No refunds will be issued once coding or site assembly has begun.

  • Final Delivery: Once the website is live or files are handed over, no refunds are possible.

2. Consultancy & Strategy Services

  • Consultation Fees: Fees for strategy sessions, SEO audits, or business consulting are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

  • Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

3. Monthly Digital Services (SEO/Ads/Maintenance)

  • Service Cycles: These services are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, but we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

  • Notice Period: A 30-day written notice via email is required to terminate ongoing maintenance or marketing contracts.

4. Third-Party Costs

  • Payments made for domain registration, premium hosting, or third-party software licenses are 100% non-refundable, as these are external costs paid on the client's behalf.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please email dmascotdm50@gmail.com with your project details. We process all eligible refunds within 10–14 business days via the original payment method.

Pro-Tip for Your Contracts:

Always include a "Satisfaction Guarantee" clause that focuses on revisions rather than refunds. For example: "We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations. Requests for refunds based on subjective taste after these revisions will not be honored."
